- Amended Returns: If you are amending your return and owe additional tax, use PO Box 7003. If you are expecting a refund or have no tax due, use PO Box 7000.
- Nondebtor Spouse Claim (Form M-8379): Mail to:

- Electronic Filing Information (Form M-9325): For electronic filing inquiries, use PO Box 7013, Boston, MA 02204.
