Montana Historic Property Preservation Credit
The Montana Historic Property Preservation Credit allows taxpayers to claim a credit against their income tax liability for qualified rehabilitation expenditures on historic properties. This credit is designed to encourage the preservation and restoration of historic buildings in Montana.
Eligibility and Qualifying Expenditures

Claiming the Credit
