Rhode Island Checkoff Contributions
Checkoff contributions in Rhode Island allow taxpayers to voluntarily contribute to specific state programs while filing their personal income tax return. These contributions are not tax-deductible and will either increase your tax due or reduce your refund. All contributions are deposited as general revenues and are entirely optional.

Taxpayers may choose to contribute to the following programs by checking the appropriate box or entering the desired amount:
- Drug Program Account – Supports initiatives related to drug prevention and treatment.
- Olympic Contribution – Supports Rhode Island’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes and programs.
- Rhode Island Organ Transplant Fund – Supports organ donation and transplant programs in the state.
