West Virginia Children's Trust Fund
The West Virginia Children’s Trust Fund (WVCTF) is a state-supported initiative dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect through community-based programs. Funds raised support public awareness campaigns, school-based initiatives, programs for new parents, and family resource centers.
