Do I have to download anything?

Our software is an interactive, online tax preparation product using a simple interview process to guide you through the return. Unlike products you buy in the store and load onto your computer, our software resides on our server and works interactively with you to complete your return without loading anything on to your computer. As you answer questions, your data is stored securely on our Web site where we determine which forms you need to file and do all of the calculations for you.

However, please note that you need to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to print or view your completed forms. Most users already have this installed on their computer, but if you do not, you can download it for free. This program allows you to view, print, and save your tax return forms when you click the links for the individual forms.

In addition, if you would like to use our chat feature for customer service, a small java applet may be downloaded to your computer to enable the chat.

If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
