Can I Change My Username After Creating My Account?
No, your username cannot be changed once your account is created. This restriction applies to all accounts within the Online Taxes (OLT) platform.
If you need to use a different username, you can set up a second account. After creating the new account, you can request customer service to transfer your tax returns from the old account to the new one. Once the transfer is complete, you may delete the old account.
