I Forgot My Username and Password. How Can I Log Into My Account on OLT?
If you’ve forgotten your username or password for your OLT (Online Taxes) account, you can easily recover your login information using the account recovery options provided on the website.
Steps to Recover Your Username or Password
- Go to the OLT website: Visit https://www.olt.com/main/home/default.php and click on the Sign In button located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Recover your username: Click on the link labeled Forgot Your Username? and enter the required information. You will receive a verification code via your preferred method (email, SMS, or authenticator app).
- Reset your password: Click on Forgot Your Password?, enter your email address or username, and follow the prompts. You will receive a verification code to reset your password.
- Verify your identity: Enter the verification code sent to your email, mobile phone, or authenticator app. Once verified, you can set a new password.
- Update account details: If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, contact OLT Customer Service to update your email address.
If you haven’t logged in for more than 90 days, you may be prompted to reset your password upon login.
Creating a New Account
If you haven’t used OLT since 2019 or are unable to recover your old account, you can create a new OLT ONE Account. This unified account allows you to access all your tax returns from 2019 onward. After creating the account, you can link previous years’ returns (back to 2019) for easy access.
To create a new account:
- Go to https://www.olt.com/main/home/default.php
- Click on Start New Account
- Enter your personal information and agree to the user agreement
- Select three security questions and answers
- Verify your identity via email or SMS
Once created, you can access past returns and file new ones seamlessly through your OLT ONE Account.
