If your email address or mobile number has changed since you last used your Online Taxes (OLT) account, you can update your contact information to regain access. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Update Your Contact Information
- Log in to your OLT account if you can still access it. If you are able to log in, go to My Account and update your email address or mobile number directly.
- If you cannot log in and no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, you must contact OLT Customer Service.
- Reach out to OLT Customer Service by sending a ticket through their support system. You will be asked to verify your identity so they can update your email address.
- Alternatively, if you know your login details, simply log in and update your information under the account settings.
